🌞 Give Miami Day + SPF = Bingo, Fun, and a Future for the Fair!
This Give Miami Day, your donation helps keep the Small Press Fair alive! Give Miami Day is Miami’s biggest day of generosity, a citywide celebration where thousands of people come together to support nonprofits, big and small. Every donation counts, and every gift (no matter the size) creates a ripple effect that fuels real, lasting change.
With our organization’s home base now in the Bakehouse Art Complex in Miami, we are joining Give Miami Day for the first time!
So you know, we had to do it in our own way, completely in the spirit of the fair, with a Bingo fundraiser! That’s right, you can play bingo while donating to the fair, and when we get a row, everyone wins. It’s a way to combine the mass generosity of this event with the chaotic energy that makes SPF so SPF-ing fun!
Here’s how SPF Bingo works:
Pick a number on any of the cards.
Donate that amount to our Give Miami Day Campaign between Nov 15 and Nov 20
We will update the Bingo cards on our Instagram stories (@smallpressfair and @sharedprintfac) throughout the early giving period, Nov 15-19, and a whole bunch on the big day - Thursday, Nov 20!
When a row, column, or diagonal line is filled, the prize is revealed! This isn’t a prize you take home, but for the community: a portion of the next Small Press Fair. Everyone wins!
Each prize helps keep the fair alive and running, including:
Free entrance to the fair
Fair compensation for our staff and teaching artists
Lowest possible exhibitor fees
The STEAMROLLER!!
Free workshops
Free artist talks
Venue expenses
Outreach (we’d love to get a billboard for our 10th fair!)
